Small Stuffed Frog

materials:

green yarn (less than 3 1/2 oz.)
small amount of black yarn
two wiggly eyes
size "F" hook
yarn needle
fiber-fil or cotton for stuffing (cotton will be more firm, fiber-fil will be softer)

special instructions:

decrease = draw up a loop in each of next 2 stitches, yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook (counts as regular stitch when counting)
half double crochet = yarn over, insert hook into next stitch, draw up a loop, yarn over, draw through all 3 loops on hook
double decrease = draw up a loop in each of next 3 stitches, yarn over, draw through all 4 loops on hook (counts as regular stitch when counting)
DO NOT JOIN ROUNDS!
for placement of arms--rounds of body come up center of stomach

Row 1: starting in 2nd chain, 3 slip stitch, 3 single crochet, 1 slip stitch, chain 1
Row 2: slip stitch in 1 single crochet, 2 single crochet, chain 4
Row 3: 3 slip stitch, 1 single crochet, 1 slip stitch, chain 1
Row 4: single crochet in1st single crochet, chain 4
Row 5: 4 slip stitch
Row 6: 4 single crochet across heel, chain 1
===> change to rounds!!!
Row 7 (rnd 1): 4 single crochet in front loops only, turn, in un-used loops only (skip 1 st, 2 single crochet, skip 1 stitch); 6 single crochet
