Jessy's Granny Afghan

materials:

size "H" hook
size "I" hook
1 - 8 oz. skein each: soft white, spruce, country rose
2 - 8 oz. skein: light grey (depending on usage)

special instructions:

size "H" hook for squares
size "I" hook for border

squares are to be made to desired size (6-8 rows is probably good)

pattern:

layout:

G = light grey (28)
W = soft white (4)
S = spruce (12)
R = country rose (20)

border:

Rnd 1: join gray with sc, sc in each stitch around
Rnd 2: dc around

note: Jessy did not need to use 3 dc in the corners. I've found that I usually need to, or my corners don't lay flat. Use your best judgment. Everybody crochets a little different.
