pattern:

ch 5, join w/ sl st to form ring
Rnd. 1: sl st in ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w/ sl st
Rnd. 2: ch 4, dc in same st, (dc, ch 1, dc) in ea st around, join w/ sl st to 3rd beg ch
Rnd 3: sl st in 1st ch-sp, ch 6, dc in same sp, (dc, ch 3, dc) in ea sp around, join w/ sl st  to 3rd beg ch
Rnd 4: sl st in 1st ch-sp, ch 3, (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in ea sp around, join w/ sl st
Rnd 5: sl st in next dc, sl st in ch-sp, ch 3, (2 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in same sp, (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in ea sp around, join w/ sl st
Rnd 6: sl st in next 2 dc, sl st in ch-sp, ch 3, (2 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in same sp, ch 3, * (3 dc, ch 1, 3 dc) in next ch-sp, ch 3, rep from * around, join w/ sl st to 3rd beg ch
